Large Claddagh with Connemara Marble
In Ireland's national museum in Dublin one of it's most treasured possessions is the "Tara Brooch." In the eighth century the wearing of this brooch by the "Irish Kings" was evidence of their stature. Kieran Scully has reproduced this brooch to acknowledge the craft of the ancient goldsmiths who created this original piece in 800 A.D.
This brooch is handmade in Ireland of sterling silver by Kieran Scully. It has an Irish hall mark. The brooch measures approximately 1" by 1.5".
